New builds, extensions, granny flats and second storeys. We work to the plans and turn up on the day the programme says we will.
Who we work with
Builders, architects and project managers, and homeowners running their own build. On a builder's job we are a sub like any other. The thing that matters most is holding the dates, because the trades behind us cannot start until the building is closed in.
What we cover
- Metal and tile roofing to plan and to spec
- Sarking, battens and insulation as specified
- Flashings, capping and penetrations
- Gutters, downpipes and rainwater goods
- Skylights, whirlybirds and vents
- Box gutters and parapet detailing on flat and low-pitch sections
Pricing off plans
Send through the roof plan and elevations and we can usually price from those without coming out. For anything unusual, or where the detailing is not clear on the drawings, we will come and look before quoting rather than putting a number on a guess.
Heritage and council
A lot of Sydney work sits in conservation areas, where the profile, colour and sometimes the material are set by council. We have done enough of it to know what tends to get through and what gets knocked back, and we will flag it early if the plans look like a problem.
