Who we are
Bay Brothers came from years of working in construction and roofing and getting to the point where we wanted to do things our own way. We knew the standard of work we could deliver, and we wanted to build a business where we had more control over the quality, the finish and how each job was managed from start to finish.
We take on a mix of remedial work, skylights, tile roofing and metal roofing, and we put a lot of value on the details that can easily be overlooked. For us, it’s not about getting through as many jobs as possible — it’s about doing the job properly, using good materials, working with the right people and making sure the end result is something we’re happy with.
That’s really what Bay Brothers is about. Good workmanship, straightforward communication and work we’re proud to put our name to.
How we work
Roofing is not hard to explain. What frustrates people is usually not the technical work. It is not being able to get hold of anyone, not knowing what a job will cost until the invoice turns up, and finding the same leak back the following winter.
We look before we quote
Someone gets on the roof and has a proper look, including in the roof cavity where that matters. You get photos of anything we find.
The quote is written down
Itemised, with the scope set out, including what is not included. If we open a roof up and find something nobody could have seen, you hear about it before we go further.
We leave the place clean
Debris cleared, gutters flushed, nothing left in the garden or the pool. Neighbours told before anything loud starts.
You can reach us
Calls returned the same day. You will know when we are starting, roughly how long we will be, and who is going to be on your roof.
Who we work for
About half our work is direct with homeowners: leaks, ageing roofs and replacements on houses people intend to stay in. The rest comes through builders, architects and project managers who need a roofer who holds their dates.

Bay Brothers Construction is fully licensed and insured (Licence 467502C).
We can provide a current certificate of currency on request. Worth asking any roofer you are getting quotes from for theirs too.
