Roof replacement
When a roof has reached the end and patching it no longer stacks up. The old roof comes off, we check what is underneath, and a new metal or tile roof goes on.

Water rarely gets in where the stain shows up. We trace the leak back to where it is actually coming from and fix that.

How we work
Someone comes out and gets on the roof, including into the roof cavity where that matters. You get photos of anything we find and a written quote with the scope set out, so you can see what is included and what is not.
If we open a roof up and find something nobody could have seen from the ground, you hear about it before we go any further. When the job is done we walk it with you, flush the gutters and clear the site.
